Throughout the summer you will apply academic learning to real-world situations and cultivate leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. We're seeking a Software Developer Intern to help build and deploy a centralized Workforce Capability System across our operations sites. This system will serve as a single source of truth for tracking employee skills, aligning pay with verified capabilities, and enabling smarter labor planning. This internship will begin as a part-time role in January 2026, with the possibility to extend into a full-time internship Summer 2026, based on business needs and performance. - Designing and developing scalable and robust web applications using C# in the .NET ecosystem, leveraging the Blazor framework (Server and/or WebAssembly).
- Build user-friendly interfaces and dashboards for leaders to view skillsets, staffing needs, and pay alignment.
- Support integration with existing systems and data sources.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and validate functionality.
- Help ensure data accuracy, system scalability, and ease of use.
What You Bring The needed skills and experience for this role include...
- Experience with Blazor, C#, .NET, HTML, and CSS.
- Familiar working with SQL and GIT.
- Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
- Interest in workforce strategy and operational systems.
Education
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- You must have a GPA of at least 3.0 (overall or within your program) to qualify for consideration in the Intern Program.
