POSITION OVERVIEW

Job Summary
Manages the full sales opportunity lifecycle through CRM leadership, pipeline analysis, team coaching, and performance tracking to optimize sales efficiency and outcomes.

Roles and Responsibilities
* Monitor and track new business opportunities from initial contact through close, ensuring timely follow-up and progression through each sales stage including contract support.
* Serves as the business owner for the CRM system, ensuring accurate and consistent tracking of leads, opportunities, pipelines, and account activity.
* Develops and implement CRM processes, reports, and dashboards that provide visibility into performance across the sales funnel.
* Identifies pipeline gaps, forecast revenue, and highlight at-risk opportunities to sales leadership.
* Holds sales team members accountable for maintaining accurate CRM data and following standardized sales cycle processes.
* Partners with sales leadership to reinforce activity expectations, conversion metrics, and performance standards.
* Provides actionable insights into sales activity, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy.
* Tracks KPIs such as lead conversion rates, cycle times, and win/loss performance to support continuous improvement.
* Trains and coaches sales teams on CRM best practices and compliance with established processes.
* Works cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and finance to ensure smooth hand-offs and end-to-end visibility of business opportunities.
* Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor Degree
Experience: 5-8 years

Licenses and Certifications
* Strong knowledge of CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent) with demonstrated ability to design dashboards, reports, and workflows required.
* Proven track record of driving sales accountability and supporting business growth through data-driven insights.

Physical Requirements
Sitting, standing, bending, reaching, stretching, stooping, walking, and moving intermittently during working hours. Must be able to lift at least 50lbs. Must be able to maintain verbal and written communication with co-workers, supervisors, residents, family members, visitors, vendors, and all business associates outside of the health campus.
