Job Summary We are looking for a dedicated Forklift Operator to join our team in a full-time capacity. In this role, you will ensure the safe and efficient handling of materials within our warehouse facility, playing a critical role in our order processing operations. The shift is Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm. The rate of pay is $21.00 an hour. Primary Duties Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently to move, load, unload, and stack products within the warehouse. Inspect forklifts daily prior to use to ensure they are in safe operating condition and report any maintenance needs promptly. Assist in the picking, packing, and processing of customer orders with high accuracy and attention to detail. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse work area to support safety and productivity standards. Collaborate closely with warehouse team members and supervisors to coordinate the flow of materials and meet operational deadlines. Follow all company safety protocols and OSHA regulations to promote a safe workplace. Keep accurate records of inventory movements and report any discrepancies to the inventory control team. Qualifications Demonstrated experience operating forklifts or similar equipment in a warehouse or distribution center environment. Strong understanding of warehouse safety practices and commitment to maintaining a safe workplace. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Good physical stamina to handle the demands of material handling, including lifting and standing for extended periods. Excellent communication skills to interact clearly with team members and supervisors. Basic math and computer skills to assist with inventory management and order processing systems. Education / Experience High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience as a forklift operator or in warehouse order processing is highly desirable. OSHA forklift operator certification or willingness to obtain certification upon hiring is required.
