About Our Group This group provides support to our procurement teams enterprise wide.Our procurement team is a critical component in ensuring the that our manufacturing teams have the supplies to produce on time quality airplanes for our customers. All our teams focus on different spaces in direct and indirect procurement. About the Role The System Liaison I will support several Senior System Liaisons in daily activities. The daily activities include handling the onboarding of new suppliers and setting up system access for suppliers and buyers. In addition to onboarding, the Liaison will manage mailbox for troubleshooting and request tickets (approximately 20 tickets a day). Attention to detail is critical in this role due to regular audits on suppliers. The role is heavily administrative heavy with repetitive tasks. It is a key role within our procurement team to be to continue moving the business along in meeting their objectives and ensuring the company is in compliance. SAP knowledge and information systems knowlege is nice to have. Other Experience in an IT project management or related field preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of the fundamentals of project management. Demonstrated the support of sensitive and confidential data. Strong analytical, interpersonal and customer service skills. Experience working as part of a team to achieve organizational goals. Strong quantitative analysis and PC skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Strong customer service skills verbal and written communication. Outlook Experience: sending emails, scheduling meetings (recurring). Education and Experience Requirements Bachelor's Degree in IS, related field required or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Position Purpose: Under general supervision, the Systems Liaison I will support and sustain the functions of business applications by acting as a bridge between the Business, Vendor, and Information Technology areas. Job Description Principle Duties and Responsibilities: Essential Functions: Perform information gathering activities with business area for enhancement requests. . Collaborate with senior staff to review and prioritize tasks and enhancements. Assist senior staff in supporting system implementations, creating and maintaining business system procedures, coordinating project activities, and other assigned tasks. Resolve issues between business area, vendor, and IT personnel. Coordinate, facilitate, and participate in project implementation meetings. Analyze system functionality regarding compliance with company policies, government and other regulatory agencies. Administer end user accounts and determine appropriate level of system access for power users . Additional Functions: Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within field. .
