Schedule Overview

Training Schedule (First 2 Weeks):

• Monday - Friday
• 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Regular Work Schedule (After Training):

• Monday - Friday
• 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
• Required to work only two evening shifts (until 8:00 PM) per week
• The remaining three days will be day shifts (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Contact customers with past-due accounts
• Understand financial situations and offer payment solutions
• Maintain professionalism and provide a positive customer experience
• Meet call quality and performance metrics
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Accurately document customer interactions and outcomes

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED (required)
• At least 6 months of customer service or sales experience
• Clear and effective communication skills
• Strong problem-solving ability
• Basic computer and typing skills
• Dependable and professional demeanor
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow procedures

Work Location

• On-site at our Amherst, NY office
