JOB SUMMARY: The HR Generalist/Recruiter fulfills dual roles, overseeing the complete recruitment cycle, which includes candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing. As well as HR Administrative responsibilities. While the primary focus is on recruitment, this position also will be involved and may be responsible for additional HR duties. These may include employee file administration, benefits administration, employee relations, on boarding, off boarding, policy implementation, and HR data management. A hands-on approach is essential for effectively managing daily HR operations, collaborating with hiring managers, ensuring legal compliance, and actively contributing to the development of the organization's people-focused initiatives. PAY RANGE: $75,000 - $85,000 per year DOE WORK AUTHORIZATION: NHBB will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States.
