Seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role will provide critical analytical support across Operations, Marketing, and other departments, helping guide the company's evolution into a data-centric enterprise. You will be key in building, enhancing, and maintaining operational reporting, forecasting, KPIs, and strategic analytics that drive decision-making and improve efficiency across the business.



**** MUST RESIDE IN ONE OF THE STATES WE DO BUSINESS - Texas, Illinois, Missouri, Oklahoma, Alabama, New Mexico, Florida, Tennessee, Nevada, Louisiana



Key Responsibilities:



  • Support the annual budgeting and planning process for 200+ locations across 7 states.
  • Prepare monthly and weekly reporting packages, including variance analysis versus plan and forecast.
  • Conduct diagnostic and ad hoc analytics to identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost reduction.
  • Collect and analyze data to update KPIs and convert findings into actionable insights.
  • Assist in the automation and improvement of reporting processes using Power BI and SQL.
  • Collaborate across departments and levels of the organization to support strategic initiatives and business cases.
  • Maintain and update monthly forecasts in collaboration with department leadership.
  • Support execution and analysis of marketing campaigns and initiatives



Required Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in analytics and planning.
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience using SQL daily.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI (or similar platforms).
  • Strong background in business operations and financial analytics.
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL or Postgres SQL.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across teams and levels.
