Description

Network Health is seeking a Community Engagement Coordinator. The Community Engagement Coordinator will help plan, develop, and implement community outreach and wellness programs that support Network Health's growth, retention, and customer experience objectives across the state. This role requires a creative, strategic thinker who can develop innovative approaches to build partnerships and expand community impact through speaking engagements, employee volunteer initiatives, sponsorships, and charitable giving.

Location: Candidates must reside in the state of Wisconsin for consideration. With our hybrid workplace model, this position is eligible to work 3 days a week at your home office (reliable internet is required), and 2 days a week at one of our offices in Menasha or Brookfield.

Hours: 1.0 FTE, 40 hours per week, 8am-5pm Monday through Friday

Job Responsibilities:



  • Demonstrate commitment and behavior aligned with the philosophy, mission, values, and vision of Network Health.
  • Apply all organizational, regulatory, and credentialing principles, procedures, requirements, regulations, and policies.
  • Lead community engagement efforts statewide, creating value-added programs that support growth, retention, and engagement across all lines of business.
  • Develop strategies and oversee logistics for external engagement initiatives and events, ensuring effective internal and external coordination.
  • Identify, secure, and manage partnerships with community organizations, events, sponsorships, volunteer opportunities, and in-kind donations, providing business justification for participation.
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with key business leaders, community organizations, providers, and other stakeholders.
  • Position Network Health as a subject matter expert (SME) and resource on health care delivery systems and wellness topics for community organizations and influencers.
  • Administer wellness and outreach programs, communications, tools, metrics, and customer service for members and prospects.
  • Serve as the SME for member-based and employer-based wellness programs.
  • Plan and execute health screenings, educational events (online and onsite), and health coaching (online, onsite, and telephonic).
  • Identify and coordinate the development of materials, resources, and meetings that align with Network Health's strategic goals.
  • Promote employee participation and support company-wide involvement in community initiatives.
  • Collaborate with provider owners and partners on community advocacy efforts.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.



Job Requirements:




  • Bachelor's degree in Health Promotion, Education, Community Health, Business Administration, Health Care Management, or a related field strongly preferred; relevant job-related experience may be considered in lieu of degree.



  • 3 - 5 years project coordination required; community outreach experience preferred



  • Experience working with website content management experience preferred.



  • 1-3 years experience in corporate wellness and/or health promotion related field required.



  • Valid driver's license with good driving record and be able to drive within applicable state or locality with reliable transportation.
