As our Sales Manager, you will lead a high-performing team of Sales Representatives to drive consistent, profitable growth through strategic planning, channel development, and territory optimization across North and Latin America.

What you will do:



  • Develop, execute, and evaluate strategic sales initiatives for North and Latin America.
  • Manage traditional sales channels, including dealer networks and wholesale partners.
  • Establish and oversee territories, quotas, and performance goals.
  • Leach, coach, and develop a team of Sales Representatives to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the digital and ecommerce team on strategy, promotions, and product assortment and manage channel conflict between traditional and digital sales channels.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through traditional outreach. Develop existing accounts with a focus on long-term growth and profitability.
  • Optimize gross profit through strategic pricing, promotions, and dealer discount structures.
  • Conduct market analysis and competitive research to assess market potential for new and existing products.
  • Create data-driven sales forecasts and sales and territory plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Provide input on the overall sales budget and ensure marketing and sales related expenses remain within budget.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with dealers regarding products, promotions, policies, and procedures.
  • Analyze sales strategies, programs, and policies and recommend improvements.
  • Provide feedback to senior management on product needs and market reactions.
  • Travel up to 50%.



What you need to succeed:



  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years of Sales experience within a consumer products environment.
  • Willingness to travel and collaborate as part of a global team.
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics across traditional sales channels.
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics across traditional sales channels.
  • Advance knowledge in market analysis, sales forecasting, and strategic planning, with demonstrated success in growing revenue through a variety of channels.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a results-oriented sales team.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales performance tracking tools.
  • Scuba Diving Experience is a plus.

Salary Range: $112,000 - $157,500/year
