Sr Strategic Client Executive - LHB

**This is a Telecommute (Remote) role. Candidates must live within the following states: IL, IN, IA, KS, MO, MT, NM, NC, OK, PA, TN, TX or WI**

This role supports clients in the MidWest to West Coast regions

• 5 years previous experience within Client Management and/or experience in a similar TPA or insurance environment with client facing/client support responsibilities

• State insurance license required or obtained within 90 days from date of hire

• Results oriented and self-motivated

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, as are exceptional organizational skills

• Ability to interact with senior level executives

• Thorough understanding of self-funding and employee benefit plans; stop loss understanding a plus; Knowledge and understanding of benefit-related federal laws (i.e., ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, PPACA, etc.)

• Excellent presentation skills

• Analytical skills, problem solving skills, reading ability, creative decision-making skills, the ability to comprehend and follow instructions, mathematical ability and time management skills are required

• Ability to assess and mentor team members to maximize team success and growth

• Ability to travel is required (minimum 25%)

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of directly related industry experience

• Client Management experience
