Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Owner to lead client onboarding initiatives for an enterprise platform within the financial services sector. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and is passionate about delivering seamless onboarding experiences through agile product development. Key Responsibilities * Serve as the Product Owner for the enterprise client onboarding platform, driving product vision, roadmap, and delivery * Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, UX, business stakeholders, and client-facing teams to define and prioritize product features * Own and refine the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs * Partner with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable user stories * Leverage Tableau and other analytics tools to monitor onboarding performance and identify areas for improvement * Support agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives * Ensure product solutions meet compliance, usability, and scalability standards across financial services environments Required Qualifications * 2-3 years minimum experience as a Product Owner, preferably within financial services or banking * Proven track record in client onboarding, with hands-on experience supporting enterprise platforms * Familiarity with client-facing technologies and digital onboarding workflows * Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product lifecycle management * Proficiency in Tableau or similar data visualization tools * Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills Experience Level Mid Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $70.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
