We are currently seeking a Bilingual Financial Planning Associate to join the Planning Team with our Home Appliance Solution division.

This role is ONSITE and 5 days a week in office. This is also a Contractor role.

Job Responsibilities:

* Support the budgeting process by helping prepare forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range plans.
* Perform financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost reduction or revenue growth.
* Collaborate with various departments and senior analysts to gather financial data and support business initiatives.
* Help maintain financial models, databases, and documentation related to budgeting and forecasting.
* Assist in the preparation and analysis of monthly financial and operational reports, including variance analysis and budget data.
* Prepare ad hoc financial reports and presentations as requested by management.
* Monitor and analyze expense reports and cost allocations.
* Support compliance and audit activities by providing necessary financial data and reports.
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
* Utilize Excel and financial software tools to organize and analyze financial data.
* Be able to solve with difficult expense issues
* Work proactively cross functionally with Sales, Marketing and Operations teams for good communication.
* Drive support for customer shows/events under supervision of HS Sales team.
* Should be able to successfully work independently, while multi-tasking to meet goals and expected timeline.

Job Requirements:



  • Bachelors degree is required
  • Minimum of 3 years experience is required
  • Bilingual Fluency (English & Korean) is required

Recruiting Range
$70,000 - $75,000 USD
