Hours & Pay

Schedule: Ad-hoc remote flexibility (occasional in-office presence as needed)

Type: Temp-to-hire opportunity

Pay Rate: $30-$32 per hour (based on experience; higher rates offered to candidates exceeding requirements)

What You'll Do Each Day

In this role, you'll play a vital part in the flow of materials and information across multiple departments. Expect to:



  • Coordinate and expedite the movement of work and materials according to production schedules
  • Generate, review, and distribute production, work, and shipment schedules
  • Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and management teams to ensure deadlines are met
  • Provide direction and coaching to less experienced planners
  • Prepare forecasts for inventory levels, costs, and resource requirements
  • Monitor, track, and report on costs, earned value, and project progress
  • Identify and resolve production and material control issues
  • Lead cleanup efforts for surplus or residual materials at the close of projects
  • Develop solutions for scheduling variances and present them to leadership
  • Support staff and program meetings with timely and accurate updates
  • Utilize ERP systems, MS Office, and other computer tools to manage data and reporting

What We're Looking For



  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in manufacturing, planning, or inventory control (preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills to work cross-functionally with multiple teams
  • Analytical thinker with a proven ability to solve problems and propose process improvements
