Hours & Pay

Schedule: 2:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. (Evening Shift)

Pay Rate: $30-$35/hour (based on experience)

What You'll Do

• Program and operate robotic welding systems (Fanuc), ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Participate in fixture design, setup, and installation for production parts.
• Perform inspections, troubleshoot technical issues, and rework welds as needed.
• Collaborate with engineers and team members to improve processes and designs.
• Develop tooling and templates to hold and align components.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of robotic welding systems and train others in their use.
• Read and interpret blueprints to meet customer requirements.
• Assist with fixture builds and support programming on the production floor.
• Uphold safety, quality, and productivity standards.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or technical training preferred.
• 2+ years of robotic welding and programming experience (Fanuc preferred).
• Strong welding experience with the ability to work in multiple positions (flat, vertical, overhead).
• Ability to read blueprints and perform precise measurements.
• Hands-on experience with welding software and automation systems.
• Excellent problem-solving, technical troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Attention to detail, manual dexterity, and a strong commitment to quality.
• Prior machining center work and programming experience highly preferred.
