About the Role:

As aSenior Financial Analystat TD SYNNEX, you'll be akey strategic partnerto our business leaders - presenting financial insights to executives, modeling complex scenarios, and influencing decisions that shape our future. You'll work closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain, and other Finance teams, serving as both ananalyst and business consultant.

This is ahigh-visibility rolewhere you'll own projects from start to finish, work with large and complex datasets, and translate numbers into actionable business stories. You'll also mentor junior analysts and help improve our reporting tools and processes.

What You'll Do:

  • Executive-Facing Analysis:Present financial data and recommendations to senior leadership with confidence and clarity.

  • Full-Cycle Ownership:Take projects from concept to completion with minimal oversight.

  • Data Management & Modeling:Pull, validate, consolidate, and model large datasets to support strategic decisions.

  • Business Translation:Turn complex financial results into clear, actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders.

  • Budgeting & Forecasting:Support annual budget cycles, monthly forecasts, and scenario modeling.

  • Recurring & Ad Hoc Reporting:Develop and deliver monthly reporting packages, executive slide decks, and ad hoc analyses.

  • Strategic Projects:Evaluate vendor proposals, rebate structures, and other business initiatives, providing financial impact assessments.

  • Mentorship:Guide and review the work of junior analysts.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience:3-5 years in financial analysis, FP&A, or related roles.

  • Education:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business (Master's preferred).

  • Technical Skills:

    • Advanced Excel and financial modeling

    • Data validation, consolidation, and visualization

    • Experience with ERP/reporting tools (Power BI a plus)

  • Core Competencies:

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

    • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities

    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

    • Comfort working with ambiguity and adapting to different business needs

    • Relationship-building skills to partner effectively across functions

  • Executive presentation skills and comfort in high-level business discussions.

  • Independent, self-starter mindset - ability to "run with" projects without hand-holding.

  • Data-heavy work: pulling, validating, consolidating, modeling.

  • Business consulting approach - translating analytics into strategic recommendations.

  • Scenario modeling for vendor proposals and strategic initiatives.

  • Month-end close involvement - pulling actuals, building executive decks, submitting forecasts.

  • Storytelling with data for both recurring and ad hoc analysis.

Working Conditions:

  • Occasional non-standard work hours or overtime as business requires.

  • Professional office environment.

  • Hybrid work model: 2 days in office, 3 days remote from home office and is subject to change based on business needs.
