As Internal Communications Manager, you will lead the Internal Communications team for the U.S., supporting strategic internal communication efforts across U.S. operations, and serving as Internal Communications lead for the U.S. to the global communications internal network. This position will lead the Internal Communications team in developing, managing and deploying internal communications strategies and initiatives throughout all US operations. Reporting to the Director, Corporate Communications, the role works closely with key stakeholders to develop and execute communication strategies that engage, inform and inspire employees. The Internal Communication Manager is both a team player and self-starter with creative, innovative ideas and the ability to execute plans effectively. Job Responsibilities
