TES is hiring a temporary Research Administrator 3 to support the campus operations. Duration: This role is anticipated to last 6+ months. Compensation: $35.91 to $41.67 /hour DOE. Eligible for Mid-level Medical Benefits, Vacation, Sick, and Holiday pay. Work Schedule: 8:00am - 4:30pm Hybrid/Remote Flexibility if in California. Location: Must live in California. DESCRIPTIONAs a key member of the Pathology Fiscal Core Unit, incumbent has responsibility for financial analysis, fiscal management and administration of a full range of extramural grants, contracts, subcontracts, clinical trials funding, and service agreements from complex multiple Grants (direct and indirect).
Pay Transparency Act Annual Full Pay Range: $69,500 - $123,500 (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%) Hourly Equivalent: $33.29 - $59.15 Factors in determining the appropriate compensation for a role include experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
