We are seeking a Project Manager to support Rotoflow's global project planning and execution initiatives by successfully managing projects to budget and schedule. This includes coordinating critical engineering resources and communicating with cross-functional teams as well as department managers to ensure project goals are met. The role will be located at our Bethlehem Pennsylvania facility.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Proactive management of global projects to drive on-time and on-budget completion through active monitoring and regular reporting

  • Management of projects both under the direction of senior project personnel and independently

  • Set-up, execution, and closeout of projects utilizing SAP

  • Preparation of documentation for invoicing and shipping for domestic and international orders,

  • Submission of Expense Authorization Requests for new projects and scope changes, ensuring alignment with all Rotoflow Procedures and Finance Standards.

  • Management of customer documentation to meet contractual obligations

  • Application of relevant knowledge related to standards, systems, and best practice work procedures to ensure efficient work processes are implemented and utilized

  • Effective collaboration with multi-disciplinary groups,

  • Prioritization to meet changing needs of group,

  • Promotion of Rotoflow's guiding philosophies including Safety as a top priority.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Minimum associate's degree or equivalent with a proven track record of managing projects from initiation to completion.

  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in an organized, detailed structure with strong attention to detail

  • Self-motivated with the ability to reprioritize work to accommodate changing needs of business

  • Excellent interpersonal skills (written and verbal) with the ability to influence others and work through obstacles to achieve results.

  • Previous experience in manufacturing project management is a plus.
