The EBP provides strategic and operational support to the dual-role Chief Legal Officer (CLO) and Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). This critical role enhances functional performance in Legal and HR by delivering administrative precision, operational oversight, team engagement, and discrete personal support. Acting as a trusted advisor, this critical role enhances performance in both functions by driving operational excellence, managing executive priorities, and ensuring seamless team engagement. The ideal candidate combines the rigor of project management with the discretion and judgment required to support senior executives in a dynamic corporate environment.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Deliver executive-level administrative support and coordination including calendar management, travel logistics, expense reporting, and document preparation.
- Provide operational oversight, working with the team to develop and maintain dashboards, reporting tools, and performance metrics to monitor key initiatives. Anticipate and proactively resolve operational challenges.
- Ensure effective meeting management by partnering with the leadership team to lead the planning, agenda development and execution of all staff meetings, ensuring effectively logistics, pre-reads, and follow-up actions.
- Plan and deliver impactful offsites, all-hands meetings, and team building activities, ensuring logistics and engagement activities.
- Act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to the CLO/CHRO, helping align priorities across Legal and HR functions, and ensuring cross-functional initiatives are executed effectively.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion, supporting executive communications and maintaining strict confidentiality at all times.
- Drive special projects and cross-functional initiatives, coordinating resources, setting timelines, and ensuring successful execution.
- Provide trusted personal support to executive, including scheduling appointments, coordinating logistics, and managing occasional personal requests with discretion.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in related field required.
- MBA/JD is a plus.
- Extensive knowledge gained through 7+ years of executive support, operational leadership, or project management experience.
- Familiarity with maintaining confidentiality and professional standards when working with sensitive information.

Physical Demands:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Ability to lift up to 15-20 pounds occasionally (for example, moving meeting materials, setting up for events, or transporting presentation equipment).
- Ability to travel occasionally for offsites, team meetings, or executive events (if required).
- Extended screen time due to presentation development, report writing, and communications.
- Occasional extended hours during peak project cycles, board meetings, or executive events.
