Opportunity Details:

• Administer specialized age-appropriate testing and evaluations.
• Provide appropriate therapy, as prescribed by the physician.
• Keep accurate records of patient's progress, goals, and attendance.
• Make recommendations for home programs.
• Attend clinics and team meetings, as necessary, and participate in departmental QI meetings.
• Provide periodic in-services to staff regarding speech pathology.

• Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology required
• Required NYSLicensed Speech Language Pathologist
• CCC-SLP,Preferred
