Engineer IV - Studies SUMMARY Mortenson is currently seeking an experienced Design Engineer V - Time Domain Power Studies Focus, responsible for a broad range of detailed engineering designs for high voltage substation, collection, and transmission projects through 500 kV. You will be responsible for working closely with other engineering and design team members to coordinate the overall design package and requirements. The main focus of this position will be time domain simulations including TOV and Harmonics using software PSCAD. Even though the emphasis is on time domain simulations, the engineer is expected to have experience with phasor domain simulations, using software including ETAP, PSSE, and PSCAD. Hiring Locations: Minneapolis, MN, Fargo, ND, San Antonio, TX, and Denver, CO. RESPONSIBILITIES

The base pay range for this role is $106,600 - $159,900. (Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL - 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR - 10%, Washington, D.C. - 12.5%).
