Learn more at athletics.thomas.edu. Thomas College seeks a dynamic and dedicated individual to lead its NCAA Division III Women's Lacrosse program. The Head Coach is responsible for all aspects of team management, including recruitment, coaching, academic support, and program development in alignment with the College's mission and values. Key Responsibilities: * Plan, organize, and conduct practices and competitions. * Recruit and retain student-athletes who reflect the College's academic and athletic standards. * Foster a positive team culture emphasizing sportsmanship, integrity, and personal growth. * Monitor academic progress and support student-athlete success. * Manage program budget, equipment, and travel logistics. * Ensure compliance with NCAA, conference, and institutional policies. * Collaborate with athletic staff on departmental initiatives and community engagement. * Promote the program through camps, clinics, and outreach. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred. * Demonstrated success in recruiting and player development. * Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills. * Valid driver's license and ability to travel.
