The Opportunity

Join Adobe's ITSM team and help transform how we scale and automate service management across the company! As a Junior Product Manager, you'll work on streamlining business workflows, driving adoption of our Service Management Foundation, and delivering real impact across Adobe. Collaborate with cross-departmental teams, solve complex operational challenges, and improve IT services using platforms like ServiceNow and AI. What You'll Do

  • Partner with subject matter experts to define and implement the roadmap for Adobe's Service Management Products.
  • Identify user problems and opportunities to streamline ITSM workflows across business units.
  • Collaborate with engineering, and operations teams to deliver scalable, user-friendly solutions.
  • Review data and user feedback to guide product choices and assess efficiency.
  • Help with automating service management processes using ServiceNow and solutions driven by artificial intelligence.
  • Help drive adoption of ITSM practices through intuitive, embedded workflows.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Recent graduate with a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or an equivalent.
  • Internship or co-op experience in product management, business analysis, IT operations, or a related area.
  • Exposure to enterprise IT environments or service management concepts (e.g., ITIL, ITSM) is a plus but not required.
  • Experience working on cross-functional projects or in agile teams during internships, coursework, or extracurricular activities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a user-first approach.
  • Clear and confident communicator-able to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Curious and proactive-eager to learn, ask questions, and take initiative.
  • Familiarity with tools like ServiceNow, Jira, or Confluence is a bonus.
  • Comfortable working with data to inform decisions and measure impact.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $69,100 -- $143,100 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
