We are seeking a highly experienced and security-cleared Senior SharePoint & Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to lead operations and maintenance of complex SharePoint environments across on-premises and Azure cloud platforms. The ideal candidate will bring over a decade of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, and enterprise-level SharePoint administration, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive operational excellence.

• Lead a team of engineers supporting SharePoint environments (2013, 2016, 2019, SE, M365 SPO) across multiple enclaves.

• Manage and maintain Azure services including Azure AD, Virtual Machines, and Internal Load Balancers.

• Administer and optimize SQL High Availability clusters using SSMS.

• Troubleshoot and resolve Tier 3 and Tier 4 support issues, ensuring SLA compliance.

• Develop and enhance Splunk dashboards for proactive monitoring and issue resolution.

• Serve as liaison between operations, engineering, and development teams.

• Oversee emergency response and outage resolution with detailed after-action reporting.

• Utilize migration tools such as Metalogix and Sharegate for SharePoint upgrades and transitions.

• Communicate technical updates and project status to internal and external stakeholders.

• Support solution deployments and farm builds for SharePoint migrations (2010 to 2013).

• Maintain documentation and ticketing through Service Manager and Jira.

• Clearance: Active Top Secret SSBI with SCI and DOE Q eligibility.

• Experience: 10+ years in IT infrastructure with a focus on SharePoint and Azure.
