Description: What you'll be doing Another Source's client, Scripps College, is recruiting a Human Resources Generalist to join their team in Claremont, CA. In this newly created role, you'll lead full-cycle recruiting efforts while gaining hands-on experience across all areas of HR. Summary of the Role Reporting to the Assistant Director of HR, the Human Resources Generalist serves as a key partner in supporting staff and faculty across a broad range of human resources functions with a primary focus on recruiting support. The HR Generalist collaborates with managers to manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, applicant tracking, candidate sourcing & outreach, recruitment metrics, and onboarding processes. This role also supports the Office of Human Resources in general HR operations including, but not limited to, employee relations, compensation, benefits, training & development, and more. What you will be doing: Recruiting Manage the full cycle recruiting process, including candidate screening, scheduling interviews, completing reference checks, making offers, coordinating background checks, initiating onboarding, and relationship management with candidates and hiring managers.

The hourly rate of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty, andtraining.
