| Description Core Responsibilities 
  
 Maintain accurate inventory and locations of tools and equipment through Align.Make deliveries to sites coordinated with project superintendent.Schedule deliveries with a 48-hour turnaround.Working knowledge of all tools and equipment.Inventory and label all new tools into Align.Manage rack truck utilization log.Manage maintenance log for all BBC trucks.Maintain/Restore Starcwall systems to like new condition.Maintain list of common consumable items in inventory.Solicit multiple quotes for bulk purchases for tools and consumables.Produce per job inventory list to be distributed to field teams on monthly basis.Produce invoice of billable tools and equipment by job and distributed to accounting/field teams.Perform project reviews for profitability as well as Lessons Learned and areas of enhancement.Work in conjunction with estimating to identify future tool allocation.Ensure Quality Control/ cleaning of tools prior to re-distribution.Plug in power tools to ensure proper working order, make minor repairs if capable.Promote a team atmosphere.Purchase new tools and equipment based on need and best quoted pricing.Manage equipment certification (Fire ext., negative air, heap vacs)Send out idle tool reminders once they reach the expected job finish dates.Down time to be filled with support to Self-perform group. (Submittals, Estimating, Change orders, Fire-stopping paperwork)
 Qualifications 
  
 Appropriate job-related experience. At least five (5) years and a proven track record of Construction and/or Management experience in self-perform related services. (Services with carpentry and laborer related work types are a plus)Thorough knowledge of self-performance activities including constant and final clean, general housekeeping, safety related assemblies, demolition, rough and finish carpentry, millwork installation, door/frame/hardware installation, gypsum drywall, acoustical ceilings, and possibly concrete work. Other scopes of work will be added as the business matures.Thorough knowledge of OSHA 1926 and related Corporate Safety ProgramThorough knowledge of Safety Risk Management process, including understanding of EMR, IR, SR, FR and how to effectively improve Safety performance ratings in each of these areas.Thorough knowledge of confined space, hazmat, asbestos, lead paint and other hazard policies and proceduresThorough knowledge of equipment safety
 
    
 Assures that all required inspections of onsite equipment is completed.
 
Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to provide coaching/mentoring/leadership to project execution teams.Successfully completed OSHA 30-hour safety trainingSuccessfully completed First Aid and annual CPR trainingAbility and willingness to travel for work throughout New EnglandMust have software skills and database software experience.

Actual compensation may vary based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
