Our growing business is in need of an Internet Customer Service Coordinator at our Corporate Headquarters in Fort Worth, TX. The Internet Representative manages the work flow of all request for quotes and business leads coming to TTI from the internet. Responsible for coordination and prompt follow up on all bids and business leads.

Our Internet Customer Service Coordinators:



  • Mines data daily from the TTI system reports (that are in a Microsoft Excel format) by extracting the information, sorting, organizing, prioritizing and managing the requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Analyzes the potential of the sales lead and processes accordingly, or in some cases forwards the request to the appropriate branch or regional sales group if warranted.
  • Eliminates request from customers who routinely use the system for price checks and quotes but do not buy from TTI by retaining that knowledge and identifying the unrewarding use of time.
  • Reviews up to 300 part number request per day by being very knowledgeable of TTI products and part numbers.
  • Follows up on quotes in a timely manner providing excellent service via email or phone and serves as the point of contact on that business and future opportunities.
  • Sells products and services offered by TTI, including TTI product lines, and value added services, via the telephone, internet, and e-mail, with an objective to add new customers for TTI.
  • Expands product knowledge by utilizing all resources (TTI, Mouser and suppliers) including product literature, factory representatives, product managers, sales managers and other sales representatives to be able to discuss product options with customers and sell TTI strengths.
  • Participates in the TTI Total Quality process by following defined policies and procedures to maintain efficient sales cycle, following logical and systematic approaches, while the goal being to reduce sales errors and uphold quality to the highest level.
  • Analyzes Internet Process/Procedure and makes recommendations for improving the process and the effectiveness of lead follow up.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.


Education and Experience Requirements:



  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • One to three years of sales experience preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Ability to type 40 words per minute.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications at an intermediate level preferred.
