The Commercial Finance team supports North America leadership with analysis and insights that inform our strategic business performance management approach. Acting as the analytics engine behind the business, Commercial Finance works with available data and stakeholders to detail our performance, highlight successes and opportunities, and create and execute improvements and solutions. Working with Commercial Finance puts you in close collaboration with sales and operational teams with frequent exposure to the North America leadership team. The Senior Strategy & Commercial Excellence Analyst will have special focus on Canada and partners closely with commercial leaders in the Coloplast Canada Chronic Care organization. The role will be located in Minneapolis, USA.
Major Areas of Accountability
- Drive business performance management processes in close cooperation with Sales, North America and Canada leadership
- Develop and execute standard reports for key stakeholders around teams, products, customers and general business performance
- Support North America and Canada leadership with on-going sales and market analyses that impact commercial performance and identify areas of opportunity and risk
- Provide recommendations and insights into critical business issues through ad-hoc analyses
- Execute on quarterly KPI performance reporting and annual business planning support for Canada and corporate leadership
- Drive development and execution of strategic projects to improve company commercial performance
(e.g., investment cases, segmentation and targeting, etc.)

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years' experience in business analysis, preferably working in the healthcare / medical device industry or sales organizations
- The successful candidate will have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, including developing relationships at all levels in an organization and directly influencing business objectives
- Experience executing complex analyses, deriving meaningful insights, and communicating insights both in writing and verbally to a variety of stakeholders industry or sales organizations
- A strong commercial mindset, understanding how the business operates and ability to see broader impact
- Ability to create impactful presentations which deliver a clear and concise message
- Embrace ambiguity and challenge the status quo
- Ability to prioritize and complete tasks independently and efficiently with a high degree of accuracy to meet deadlines
- Self-motivated and high energy personality thriving in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment characterized by growth, change, and opportunity
- Proficient in Microsoft Office platform products (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word); preferable experience with Power Query and Power Pivot

- Competitive Compensation: The compensation range for this position is $80,000 - $118,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses and/or incentives.
