We are adding two Desktop Engineers to help with a Windows 11 upgrade for 1,700 devices. The Desktop Engineer will deploy hardware, software and policies for deskside infrastructure. There are two openings, and both are 2-month contracts in Muncie, IN. Duties * Upgrade WIN11 devices. * Work within SCCM/MECM environment to configure and manage devices. * Add or update profiles to Active Directory domains. * Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues. * Manage and report incidents with accurate information. * Maintain excellent customer service when interacting with end-users. * Follow documented SOP's. * Investigate device licensing for WIN11. * Deploy WIN11 upgrades. Work Environment * Onsite 5x per week * Tier 2/3 support * End-user, IT Support * Support 1,700+ EU's * Team of 5 * Office/Aerospace Shift & Schedule * 1st shift hours * Monday-Friday * No weekends Interviews & Start Date * Interviews, September 16-September 23 * 2-Step Process * 1st Step HR Screen * 2nd Step Technical Screen with Team Lead Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
