This team is responsible for the creative direction across the product experience, including icons, emoji, illustration, motion, and 3D. As a Senior Visual Designer, you will shape the visual identity of the app through iconography and visual expression. You'll work closely with product designers and cross-functional teams to: * Create new icon systems * Maintain and evolve existing iconography * Ensure consistent brand perception and seamless user experience This role focuses on crafting intuitive, scalable, and cohesive wayfinding symbols that enhance navigation and reinforce brand identity. Responsibilities * Collaborate with product designers to understand goals and deliver high-quality iconography * Develop and articulate concepts from ideation through execution * Ensure consistency across brand perception and user experience * Translate product needs into visually compelling and intuitive designs * Manage and incorporate feedback from stakeholders * Provide and receive constructive feedback to elevate design quality Qualifications * 6+ years of experience in graphic/visual design across web, desktop, and mobile platforms (iOS + Android) * Proven experience designing and implementing icon systems at scale * Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams * Exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively * Excellent communication and presentation skills * Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, G Suite, and Microsoft Office * Experience working with external vendors and UX researchers * Familiarity with 3D design and motion/animation is a plus Nice to Have * Graphic design experience * Experience with 3D design and motion/animation * Familiarity with emoji, illustration, and visual systems Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $80.00 - $90.00/hr.
