*Patient Access Representative*
*Primary Schedule: *Monday- Friday 3:00pm - 11:00pm with every other weekend *Occasional Availability to work 7am-3:30pm * *Contract to Hire* * * *Key Responsibilities:* * Greet and check-in patients upon arrival at the Emergency Department * Verify visit purpose, collect personal and insurance information * Ensure accurate data entry into IDX and Invision systems * Handle insurance eligibility, co-pay collection, and clearance processing * Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment * Maintain professionalism and composure in a crowded waiting room *Why this role?* * Be part of a dedicated team serving a fast paced Emergency Department within a prominent hospital * Make a meaningful impact on patient experience and care coordination * Grow your career in a supportive and professional healthcare environment *Additional Skills & Qualifications* * High School Degree Required * Strong customer service and patient experience * 1 + years experience with healthcare, understanding terminology and insurance verification *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
