Centralized Scheduler (Central or Eastern Time Zones)

This position supports the Navy Fleet and Family Support contract. NFFS delivers comprehensive Fleet and Family Support Program (FFSP) services worldwide, ensuring consistent, high-quality support for active-duty Sailors, retirees, eligible civilians overseas, and their families. The program implements, evaluates, and continually refines established FFSP offerings-developing the concepts, structures, and processes needed to maximize well-being across all installations. Key objectives include providing global staffing to supplement existing FFSP personnel through remote or surge/on-demand support, and delivering webinar hosting, production, and facilitation via a robust learning-management system.

The Centralized Scheduler schedules customers seeking remote non-medical counseling and maintains appointment schedules. They manage daily scheduling (including notifying customers of counselor absences and rescheduling) and track service metrics. They also maintain referral/resource directories and provide scheduling across all time zones during regular business hours. They may support Emergency Preparedness and Response tasks and assists with WFL (Work and Family Life) Service Delivery tasks.

**This position is not currently funded and is in anticipation of future work**

Anticipated work hours are 07:00 to 16:00 Eastern Time (4 positions) or

06:00 to 15:00 Eastern Time (2 positions)

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent and 2 or more years of demonstrated experience coordinating complex scheduling across multiple time zones, managing real-time calendars in CRM/EHR systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance, and providing administrative support.

• Excellent facility with computer and office automation software.

• Must respond well under pressure, in crisis situations, and have excellent customer service skills.

• Due to Government contract, US Citizenship is required.

• Ability to obtain/maintain a Public Trust Security Clearance.

• This position is a remote position and requires a quiet, private, confidential space to work from as well as having access to your own reliable high-speed internet hard wired to your home or apartment (coax or fiber from the Internet Service Provider (ISP) to your home. Using a hot spot from a mobile device (tethering) or wireless ISP is not acceptable.

• Position is 100% remote but you should be physically located in either the Central or Eastern US time zones.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Military culture knowledgeable, including as a veteran or military spouse

• Familiarity with Fleet Family Support Management Information Systems (FFSMIS)
