The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training. The above hiring range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Position Summary The VHO, Clinical Coordinator II- RN in this role will support both clinicians and families. Primarily, they will lead educational initiatives for the Neonatal Comfort Care Program. This includes clinical education for health care professionals at Columbia/New York Presbyterian and other medical institutions. The VHO, Clinical Coordinator II- RN will also support the bereavement program of the NCCP in part by leading a monthly support group.
