Job Description Our client is adding two IT Individuals to help with an in place Windows 11 upgrade for ~1,700 devices. One of the individuals may have the opportunity to extend indefinitely beyond the initial 2 month contract to support the Muncie, Indiana locations IT Tickets and IT Projects. Top skills Preferred below: 1. Windows 11 in place upgrade experience with SCCM 2. Ability to add profiles to AD domains 3. Incident Management and general software troubleshooting experience Additional Skills & Qualifications Good customer service skills and ability to follow documented SOP's.
