|
Define and lead development and implementation of strategic standards, policies, and practices required for evaluation and decisions for organizational workforce and resource management. Collaborate with Resource Management team and stakeholders to drive immediate and long-term solutions to achieve organizational workforce and resource needs.
Essential Duties & Key Responsibilities:
- In partnership with Resource Management leadership, define strategic standards, policies, and practices required for evaluation and decisions that impact organizational people workforce and resource development.
- Develop detailed implementation and change management processes, and training delivery materials to facilitate education and adoption of workforce and resource development standards.
- Lead implementation plan to drive consistency of workforce and resource development standards, policies and practices that impact outcomes and provide alignment across Business Centers.
- Foster collaboration and communication within and across Business Centers to share great practices and facilitate decisions for workforce opportunities and resource management to fulfill business needs and employee career progression and development.
- Drive efforts to collect stakeholder feedback for continuous improvement of workforce and resource development processes, policies, and
practices within and across business centers. - Lead consistent approach to problem solving and continuous improvement to understand barriers to standard workforce and resource management practices.
- Engage with Resource Management team to coach, guide, and communicate with stakeholders to adopt workforce and resource management standards, understand and resolve conflicts, monitor stakeholders' capabilities, and provide performance feedback and opportunities to enhance adoption.
- Develop standard workforce and resource management reports, including Availability & Needs business analytics dashboard,
in collaboration with Information Services (IS) team. Use company systems and tools and offer enhancements to improve enterprise reporting outcomes, using traditional methods and Artificial Intelligence (AI). - Participate in developing standard processes for Employee Tracking System (ETS) to maintain accurate employee data and drive business analytics used by leaders to support identification of employees' capacity, skills, and experiences needed for workforce and resource planning.
- Collaborate with HQ Talent Acquisition teams on recruiting goals, activities, and support communication of standard recruiting practices for consistency across local offices. Contribute feedback for continuous improvement of Talent Acquisition processes (e.g., interview process, selection, candidate feedback, hiring decisions).
- Collaborate with HQ Talent Acquisition and Marketing teams to enhance social media campaigns and other advertisements to attract applicants aligned with workforce and resource planning needs.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree from accredited degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field of study, and minimum 8 years of related workforce and resource management experience, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Advanced project and change management expertise, able to develop, communicate and implement processes
- Able to establish strategic plans for workforce development and resource management
- Familiar with workforce development and resource management trends
- Strong business acumen to facilitate operational decisions
- Process and analytical thinking skills to solve problems, listen for understanding, and establish actionable solutions
- Ability to deliver communications using effective presentation delivery skills to provide context and share information effectively across organization
- Influential relationship building skills, able to engage others that are not direct reports across organizational levels
- Able to facilitate discussions using continuous improvement concepts, principles, methods, and tools
- Able to work in non-structured environment and set expectations across multiple stakeholders and teams
- Energetic, hands-on, proactive, and continuous learner
- Proficient in computer applications, Microsoft Office suite of applications, and collaboration tools
- Travel required
