Position Summary:
Support the installation services aspect of the ProAV Business by handling all logistics issues for the Hospitality channel account management team, assuming project management responsibilities and product coordination.
What you will do in this role:
- Manage all aspects of the project installation, including but not limited to coordination between: Almo Distribution Centers, sales team, resellers, vendors, Buyers and Transportation and Logistics departments.
- Ensure product availability through coordination with Sales and Product management to facilitate proper inventory flow.
- Act as backup for ProAV Sales Administration team, as needed.
- Coordinate advanced deposits to vendor partners by managing invoices and coordinate with Accounts Payable team.
- Report monthly on forecasts, POS to vendors via the Salesforce and AS400 systems.
- Sign off on paperwork and ensure final invoices paid for projects.
- Coordinate trade show logistics with Marketing, manufacturers
- Maintain database and track sample orders.
Qualifications
What we look for in a candidate:
- Bachelors degree with minimum 5 years of sales administration experience
- Demonstrated organization and time management skills.
- Excellent and professional communications skills in English, both written and verbal is required
- Responsive to needs for information and meeting deadlines
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Self-Motivated/Self Starter
- Critical Thinking and Problem Solving: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in routine situations
