Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Warehouse Order Selector & Palletizer, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient movement and organization of products within our client's facility. This physically demanding position involves operating a stand-up electric pallet jack to transport and palletize cases of products, contributing directly to our client's distribution operations. Shift Schedule: Monday-Thursday \| 7 PM start Friday \| 5 PM start Sunday \| 11 AM start (Must be able to train 8 AM-5 PM) This is a temp-to-hire opportunity. Once converted, employees transition to the production pay matrix. What You'll Do: Operate a stand-up electric pallet jack to move and organize cases of products throughout the warehouse. Manually palletize products according to order specifications, ensuring accuracy and stability. Perform repeated lifting of cases, adhering to safety protocols to prevent injury. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, including proper storage of products and equipment. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals and deadlines. What You'll Bring: 2+ years of warehouse experience with electric pallet jacks. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Must be able to handle very labor-intensive, fast-paced, and non-climate-controlled work.
