            | JOB SUMMARY |  
            | Reporting to the Project Leader, this employee will coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution and reporting of capital and/or expansion projects. Main deliverables include project scopes and objectives relationships with clients, stakeholders, vendors, contractors with comprehensive project documentation and reporting to key stakeholders. | 
          
           
            | PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES |

              Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budgetExecuting project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibilityEnsure resource availability and allocationDevelop a detailed project plan to track progressUse appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costsMeasure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniquesReport and escalate to management as neededManage the relationship with the client and all stakeholdersPerform risk management to minimize project risksEstablish and maintain relationships with third party vendorsCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentationEnsure that all projects are delivered on time within scope and within budgetInvolve all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibilityDetail project plans to track and report on progress |

 EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE |  
            | Required Education / Experience 
              Bachelor's degree in engineering or related fieldMinimum of 5 years' experience in manufacturing operations Preferred Education / Experience 
              Strong oral and written communication skills.Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.Established project management skillsExperience in a leadership role |
