| Loureiro Engineering Associates is seeking a Civil Engineer with 4+ years of experience in civil engineering design, based in the Poughkeepsie, NY area.  Who You AreLead or contribute to the design and development of civil/site engineering projectsPerform complex engineering calculations and prepare design reportsCoordinate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholdersDirect and review work completed by junior engineers and draftersUse engineering software and design tools to develop plans and technical documentsAssist with scope, schedule, and budget managementParticipate in client meetings and presentationsEnsure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and project specificationsFollow company safety protocols and proceduresPerform other related work as apparent or assigned

 Physical RequirementsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (required)4+ years of experience in civil engineering design with an engineering consulting firmEIT certification (required); PE license (preferred)Proficiency in AutoCAD; Civil 3D experience is a plusStrong understanding of site development, grading, drainage, and permittingEligibility to work in the U.S.
