General Summary- Under the leadership of the Chief Medical Officer for Primary Care, the physician (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine) serves as the Medical Director of Quality and Resource Stewardship. Leading system-wide initiatives that improve care quality, advance value-based outcomes, and ensure wise use of healthcare resources-while partnering closely with clinicians, administrators, and leadership teams across the Henry Ford Health enterprise. Principle Duties and Responsibilities
Candidate Profile 1. HFMG Primary Care Physician with five or more years of leadership experience 2. Demonstrated track record of commitment to excellence and dedication to maintaining high standards for quality outcomes 3. Demonstrated ability to collaborate across disciplines to achieve measurable improvements 4. Strong analytical and communication skills 5.
