At ARIA, classic American cuisine is elevated with creative twists, bringing a modern edge to familiar flavors. Surrounded by the artistry and energy of Milwaukee's Theater District, our guests enjoy a dining experience that is equal parts refined and approachable.

• Support servers by ensuring tables are properly set, cleared, and maintained throughout service.

• Assist with delivering food and beverages to guests in a timely and polished manner.

• Refill water, beverages, and bread service as needed.

• Keep service stations, dining areas, and side work areas organized and stocked.

• Collaborate with servers, bartenders, and hosts to provide seamless guest service.

• Ensure cleanliness and compliance with health and safety standards.

• Assist with additional duties as requested by management.

• Prior restaurant or hospitality experience preferred, but not required.

• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

• Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.

• Must be able to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
