We're seeking a seasoned Senior Program Manager to oversee a high-profile operations program where precision, performance, and partnership with government stakeholders are key. This role is more than contract oversight. It's about driving mission success by ensuring cost, schedule, and performance excellence in support of critical national objectives. Position Overview The Program Manager is the primary point of contact for the Contracting Officer (CO), the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), the Government Program Manager. Reporting directly to RealmOne's Vice President of the Operations & Analysis Portfolio, you'll lead the program with authority and vision, ensuring seamless execution across cost management, scheduling, risk mitigation, and quality assurance, while directing highly skilled technical teams. This program spans multiple sites and geographic locations, requiring strong coordination and communication across diverse teams and mission areas. An active TS/SCI with polygraph is required. Key Responsibilities
- Lead overall program execution, including cost, schedule, risk, and performance management.
- Serve as the government's trusted partner, ensuring transparent communication and proactive issue resolution.
- Oversee program reporting, reviews, and financial management to ensure accountability and accuracy.
- Manage resources including staffing and budgets ensuring the timely recruitment and training and mentoring of personnel across multiple sites.
- Organize cross-functional teams quickly and effectively to tackle critical issues as they arise.
- Drive on-contract growth opportunities identifying areas to expand capabilities, add value, and strengthen customer partnerships.
- Provide key input on program baselines, risk mitigation plans, and acquisition reporting.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience managing programs or projects of similar scope, type, and complexity.
- Strong background in requirements analysis, resource allocation, cost/schedule tracking, and performance reporting.
- At least 1 year managing funds/resources with advanced tools such as Earned Value Management.
- Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, DoD 5000 series, and ICD 801 policies.
- Proven success in leading multi-task contracts, subcontracts, and multi-location operations in a multi-vendor environment.
Certifications
- Must have a PMP, FAC-P/PM Mid-Level, or Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level 2 certification in Program Management.
Physical Demands & Work Environment
- Primary work will be performed in a standard office setting located in Columbia, MD.
- Role requires local travel between program sites to engage with staff and customers, with occasional CONUS travel as directed by the customer.
- Full-time, Monday through Friday, with flexibility to adjust hours within the pay cycle to maintain work-life balance while supporting mission and program needs.
