Job Summary:
Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Technician to support site-level quality systems, compliance, and continuous improvement activities. This role will provide hands-on exposure to aerospace quality requirements, internal and customer audits, and shop-floor collaboration. Ideal for candidates with 1-3 years of experience who are eager to grow a career in quality.

Key Responsibilities:
*Review, revise, and maintain quality procedures and compliance documentation
*Participate in internal and customer audits, with the opportunity to co-lead as experience develops
*Collaborate with shop floor operators and supervisors to identify and implement process changes
*Complete customer surveys, quality screeners, and compliance updates
*Assist in developing training materials for operators and supporting staff
*Track and report on quality metrics and compliance status

Required Qualifications:
*1-3 years of experience with quality systems in aerospace or manufacturing
*Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
*Exposure to shop-floor environments and familiarity with production processes
*Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently
*Due to the nature of the work US Citizenship required

Preferred Qualifications:
*AS or BS in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or another relevant field
*Experience with internal auditing in compliance with AS9100/AS9110 standards
*Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems
*Knowledge of root cause analysis and corrective action practices
