Route Support Representative

In this dynamic role, you'll be the face of Utz in the field-covering open sales routes, delivering products, and ensuring our snacks shine on the shelves.

You'll play a vital part in keeping our customers happy by making sure deliveries are timely, displays are fresh, and shelves are stocked to perfection. Working independently, you'll manage customer accounts and uphold Utz's reputation for top-tier service and execution. Responsibilities:

• Independently cover open routes to ensure uninterrupted customer service
• Deliver products, stock shelves, rotate inventory, and maintain displays
• Build strong relationships with store personnel and decision-makers
• Secure additional product placements and promotional opportunities
• Maintain accurate inventory and complete delivery logs using handheld devices
• Operate company vehicle safely and report maintenance issues
• Attend sales meetings and wear company approved uniform for brand visibility
• Represent the Utz brand with pride and professionalism

Job Requirements:

• Prior experience in route delivery, merchandising, or route sales (preferred)
• Valid driver's license (must be 19+), DOT medical card, and ability to pass our Defensive Driving Program
• Willingness to start shifts as early as 4:00 AM
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
• Basic math skills and comfort with handheld tech
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook and Excell preferred
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and move medium-weight products

Work Environment:

• Fast-paced, indoor/outdoor setting
• Requires physical activity and flexibility during peak periods
• Slippery surfaces may be present
