Are you the kind of person who can walk into a grocery chain meeting and walk out with a bigger display, a stronger partnership, and a clear plan to win? Utz is looking for a Senior Key Account Executive to own and grow some of the biggest retail relationships in the Texas market. This is not just a "keep the lights on" sales role. You'll be the face of Utz to major retailers-building relationships, negotiating strategy, and making sure our snacks are in the right place, at the right time, for the right customer.

What You'll Do



  • Grow sales like it's your business: Expand distribution, increase shelf space, and boost brand visibility.
  • Think like a strategist: Build annual joint business plans (JBP), align objectives and strategies, and deliver against AOP goals.
  • Be the data wizard: Use IRI/Nielsen and trade systems like BluePlanner to forecast, plan, and optimize.
  • Be the connector: Partner with Field Ops, Revenue Management, and customers to deliver profitable results.
  • Own the forecast: Keep the numbers sharp so our production and financial plans stay on track.
  • Spot opportunities others miss: Find ways to expand distribution and unlock incremental sales.


What You Bring



  • 7+ years in CPG sales with direct account ownership (bonus if you've worked with multi-store retail giants).
  • Strong negotiation chops backed by data-driven insights.
  • Proven track record of building and executing sales plans.
  • Comfort with DTW, DSD, and Master Distributor models.
  • Advanced Excel skills and solid presentation game.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% across Texas to be where the action is.
