Capital Group Private Client Services is a privately-owned wealth management firm committed to delivering premium, personalized service and superior long-term investment results and comprehensive advisory capabilities to a select group of wealthy individuals, trusts, and foundations. The firm is comprised of two hundred dedicated associates, including forty-four Private Wealth Advisors. The Advisors are supported by the firm's Wealth Advisory Group, with access to experts in such areas as financial and legacy planning, tax and estate planning, asset allocation, investment manager research and philanthropy, as well as the Client Relationship Team, providing direct support of the Advisors and their practices.

As a Product Manager in Private Client Services, you will be a visionary leader who will help shape the future of our vendor applications by understanding client and user needs, market dynamics, and technology trends. You will be responsible for developing and executing a compelling product strategy that delivers measurable business value and positive user experiences. You'll partner with Private Wealth Advisors, Private Client Services Leadership, Operations, and Technology teams to create significant features or product(s) development that add more client/user value.

  • You have proven experience in product management, preferably in financial services or technology.

  • You have demonstrated the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive product success.

  • You are well-versed in agile development and product lifecycle management.

  • You have experience with Human-Centric Design and user research methodologies.

  • You possess strong analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills.

  • You are a skilled communicator and can engage with a wide range of stakeholders.

  • You have experience overseeing data ownership responsibilities, with a focus on accessibility, governance, and security.

  • Experience with Salesforce, Appian, Seismic, InvestCloud, Microsoft's Power suite, and AI tools, a plus.

  • You have a bachelor's degree.

Southern California Base Salary Range: $153,965-$246,344 New York Base Salary Range: $163,212-$261,139

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
