Small Project Specialist

LaForce is seeking a Security Integration Small Project Specialist to support our Outside Sales and Project Management teams in the Tampa, FL office. This role combines project coordination, customer support, and administrative responsibilities to help ensure our access control and security integration projects are successfully executed from start to finish. You'll manage documentation, handle project communication, and provide behind-the-scenes support to keep everything on track.

What You'll Do:

• Provide support to SI Sales and Project Management teams by helping organize and coordinate project tasks.
• Serve as a point of contact for customer service and technical support needs related to access control and security products.
• Assist with pricing, quoting, and compiling technical information for access control and security systems.
• Communicate with internal teams, vendors, and customers to ensure successful project.
• Help manage project timelines by coordinating with coworkers, vendors, technicians, and customers to ensure smooth execution.
• Assist with project documentation.
• Serve as an in-person resource in the Tampa office, collaborating with coworkers and customers as well as help with office administrative duties as needed.

What You'll Bring:

A bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university is preferred, though at least two years of related experience and/or training will also be considered as well as military experience. Strong communication and organizational skills are important, along with attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset. Familiarity with security systems or technical components is a plus, but not required. This role also requires the ability to work well across teams and departments, and prior experience with project coordination, estimating, or customer support is helpful.
