Description and Requirements

Lenovo's Intelligent Devices Group (IDG) OEM Portfolio & Solutions team is seeking an early career product manager who is enthusiastic about improving processes and bringing products to market that customers love. This is an ideal opportunity for a recent college graduate eager to gain hands-on experience in product strategy, development, and launch. Working closely with senior product managers, internal partners, and suppliers, the successful candidate will help turn market demand into business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in defining product requirements, specifications, and user stories.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (internal partners, suppliers, operations, marketing, and sales) to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions.
  • Collect and analyze execution efficiencies to identify areas for improvement.
  • Support product launches, including preparing documentation, coordinating with stakeholders, and tracking performance metrics.
  • Help maintain product roadmaps and timelines under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Participate in product planning, business management, and retrospective meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (graduated within the last 1-2 years).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, or similar tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
