       Join Our Team as a Maintenance Technician! 
 
 Are you experienced in handling repairs, troubleshooting maintenance issues, and creating a comfortable, worry-free environment for residents? Gorman and Company is looking for a skilled, full-time Maintenance Technician for our two affordable housing communities in Green Bay, WI.

 What You'll Be Doing: 
 
        
 Handling maintenance requests- think plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and more Getting units "move-in-ready" using our make ready checklistPerforming daily property walks to keep everything clean, safe, and looking greatTackle seasonal weather prep such as fall cleanup and snow removalMaintain curb appeal and common areas Respond to emergency calls and deliver outstanding service Communicate with vendors, assist the team with resident notices, and keep supplies in check Be a friendly, responsive presence for residents and coworkers alike
 
 
 What We're Looking For:  
 
        
 At least one year of experience in Maintenance, building trade, or property management High school diploma or equivalent Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair HVAC certification (EPA Type ll or Universal) preferred Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a clean driving recordComfortable with mobile tech and basic computer skillsReliable, self-motivated, safety-focused, and ready to jump in when needed
