Deltek is on the hunt for an exceptional Director of Partner Services - someone who's not just strategic, but relentlessly operational, driven by outcomes, and passionate about enabling excellence.
This is your opportunity to shape and execute a global partner services strategy that directly impacts how our authorized consulting partners deliver value to customers. What You'll Own

You'll be the architect behind our Partner Accreditation Program - designing a framework that certifies partner capabilities, elevates delivery standards, and aligns with Deltek's strategic goals. You'll define tiered accreditation levels, build visibility across systems, and ensure our partners are equipped to succeed.
You'll also lead the charge in managing partner consulting relationships. From setting clear engagement models to refining escalation protocols and legal agreements, you'll be the go-to expert ensuring seamless collaboration between Deltek and its global partner ecosystem.

And when challenges arise? You'll be the calm in the storm - triaging delivery issues, resolving conflicts, and driving continuous improvement through structured reviews and proactive risk management.

Qualifications

Who You Are

• A seasoned leader with 10+ years in professional services, partner management, or channel operations within enterprise software.
• A master of SaaS delivery models, project governance, and customer lifecycle management.
• A communicator, negotiator, and problem-solver with a track record of building scalable partner programs.
• Someone who thrives in a matrixed, global environment and knows how to turn ambiguity into action.
• Bonus points if you hold a PMP certification and know your way around Deltek's product suite.

Compensation Information

The U.S. On-Target-Earnings (OTE) for this position is $187500.00 - $327750.00. This range is subject to change as Deltek takes a number of factors into consideration when determining individual base pay, such as location, job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including incentive compensation and equity.
